Walter Haslip Stowers, attorney, born on February 7th, 1859, at Owensboro, Ky., educated High Schools of Detroit, Mich., Mayhew’s Business University, Detroit College of Law. Admitted to the bar in 1895, and for the past twenty- three years has associated in the practice of law with Robert C. Barnes at Detroit. They are one of the leading firms of attorneys of the country. Married Miss Susie F. Wallace, February 23rd, 1886, Oberlin, Ohio.
